Who doesn’t love pizza…right? well it will also be a crowd pleaser…believe me!!


1 can refriderated pizza dough
5 thick slices of bacon-cut in 1 inch strips
red onion-thinly sliced
red and yellow bell peppers-chopped= 1 cup
1/2 jalapeno-chopped
ham or canadian bacon-sliced=1 cup
1/2 lb hambuerger meat
mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
cottage cheese-optional
foodclub italian style stewed tomatoes- blended in blender

Preheat oven to 375!

In saute’ pan fry bacon pieces, and I grate 1 clove of garlic into it while it is frying! Take out and drain on paper towels!
Then, in same skillet with bacon and olive oil, throw in onions and let them carmelize. Take out and drain on paper towel!
In same pan, throw mushrooms in and saute’. Take out!
In same pan throw ham, jalapeno, bell peppers, and saute! Take out!
Fry up the hamburger, with italian seasonings!

Throw everything in a big bowl along with the blended tomatoes, stir!

Pour mixture into 9 by 13 pan, spread cottage cheese or ricotta and top with cheeses!

Take pizza dough and stretch out and put it on top of everthing!

Bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is browned! The last 5 minutes of cooking, i brush on a mixture of olive oil and garlic powder! Gotta love the garlic!
