10 to 20 small brussel sprouts

shallots(chopped)

3 cloves garlic(sliced)

5 slices of bacon(chopped)

A few cherry tomatoes(optional)

Saute the bacon, remove from pan, then add shallots, cook for a minute, then add brussel sprouts, bacon back into the pan, saute for 4 minutes, then put garlic in, saute for another 4 minutes!  Add 1/2 cup chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes until the broth has evaporated and add tomatoes and cook another minute, then Wa-La–Image serving time!!!

I came up with this recipe due to the fact that my garden was producing cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.  So here it is:

cherry tomatoes

2 cucumbers sliced thin

1 jalapeno sliced thin

rice wine vinegar(garlic flavored)

Put all ingredients in a bowl and add vinegar and salt and pepper,

The longer it sets, the more flavor it gets……and it has a little spice to it as well!!!!!!
